Tier 1 Pricing, Per Person

Classic Italian Lasagna - Twelve layers of Pasta, Ground Chuck, Homemade Marinara Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese.

Chicken Salanti - Bow tie Pasta topped with large chunks of Grilled Boneless Chicken Breasts, Broccoli, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Basil Pesto Cream Sauce and fresh grated  Parmesan Cheese.

Fuselli Venturi - Fuselli Pasta Smothered in Italian Sausage, Roasted Red Peppers, Chunks of Zucchini Squash, and a Meaty Marinara Sauce, Topped with melted Mozzarella Cheese.

The above are served with a Tossed Italian Salad and Garlic Bread.

Salisbury Steak - Tender Beef Patties Smothered in Beefy Mushroom Gravy. Served with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Tossed Garden Salad, and Hot Yeast Rolls.

Oven Roasted Chicken - Herbed Chicken Breasts, Thighs, and Drumsticks. Served with Roasted New Potatoes, Tossed Garden Salad, and Hot Yeast Rolls.

Tier 2 Pricing, Per Person

Classic Fajita Feast - Gilled Steak and Chicken Fajitas. Served with Flour Tortillas, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo, Borracho Beans, Spanish Rice, Tortilla Chips and Salsa.

Texas Barbeque Feast - Smoked, sliced Brisket and Sausage. Served with Savory BBQ Sauce, Pinto Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Pickles, Jalapenos, Sliced Onions, and Sliced Bread.*
         * Add Smoked, Sliced Chicken Breasts - add $ per person
         * Substitute Smoked, Sliced Chicken Breast instead of Sausage - add $ per person

Smothered Italian Chicken Breast - Smothered in a Homemade Marinara Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese. Served w/Penne Pasta.

Chicken Marsala - Served in a Rich Marsala and Mushroom Sauce w/Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Caramelized Onion Smothered Chicken - Sweet and Savory Caramelized Onions cover Sautéed Chicken Breasts. Served w/Yukon Mashed Potatoes.

Chicken Monterey - Grilled Chicken Breasts covered with Mushrooms, Poblano Peppers, Grilled Onions, and Monterey Jack Cheese. Served w/Southwest Fried Rice.

Above Chicken dishes served with a Tossed Garden Salad and Hot Yeast Rolls or Garlic Bread.
